1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ezspin7 and every individual who accesses or uses the platform, website, mobile application, or any service provided by ezspin7. By clicking "Register", "Log In", or any acceptance button available on the ezspin7 platform, you legally agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ezspin7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false information is detected.

3Registration & Account Management

When registering an ezspin7 account, you are required to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password. This information is used to verify your identity and keep your account protected.

Your account responsibilities:

• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
• Your password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone. ezspin7 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ezspin7 support team immediately via live chat.
• Ezspin7 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Ezspin7 supports a range of recognised and popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ezspin7 strictly prohibits the use of third-party accounts for any transactions.

• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are credited directly to your ezspin7 account balance.
• Ezspin7 does not charge any deposit fees. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed except for technical reasons verified by ezspin7.
• Ezspin7 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership for security purposes.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Ezspin7 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Your winnings are entirely yours – we do not place unreasonable barriers in the withdrawal process.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for standard accounts; RM 30 for VIP accounts.
• Processing time: 1 to 24 hours for standard accounts; 30 minutes for ezspin7 VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals must: processed to the same account as your deposit method for anti-money laundering security purposes.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect your account.
• Ezspin7 reserves the right to defer withdrawals for up to 7 business days if suspicious activity is detected or additional verification is required.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Ezspin7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal players and welcome new members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus received carries wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Active Bonus: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

All bets placed on ezspin7 are subject to the following rules:

• Final Bet: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be modified or cancelled except in the case of a technical issue verified by ezspin7.

• Cash Out: The Cash Out option is subject to availability, and the value offered at the time of processing is final.

8Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ezspin7 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion between players, particularly in poker or ezspin7 live casino games
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity conducted through the ezspin7 platform
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform for personal gain
• Bonus arbitrage – opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Providing false information or falsified identity documents during registration or KYC verification

• Inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account)
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or court order
